At the heart of the Nissan Owners Portal is trust — adding value to the Nissan ownership experience by making owners' lives a little easier. The portal serves as an online dashboard for Nissan vehicle owners, providing instant access to vehicle service history, service guides, user manuals, ratings and reviews, and the ability to make online service appointments. For the LEAF, Nissan’s groundbreaking new electric vehicle, the portal serves as a dynamic control center, enabling users to track estimated driving range, assess the state of their battery charge, and set the vehicle’s temperature—all from their computer or mobile device.
Impact
Enhancing the ownership experience, the Owners Portal delivers information, access, convenience and control—ultimately driving loyalty by deepening the relationship between Nissan and its owners.
