Marketing Science Analyst – Media Marketing Science (B2B Focus)

Role Overview

As a Marketing Science Analyst, you will support the design and execution of measurement strategies, analytics, and content intelligence programs that drive media performance in B2B environments. With 1–3 years of experience, you will contribute to building frameworks, analyzing data, and delivering insights that optimize campaigns across creation and progression. Your curiosity and analytical skills will help ensure marketing investments are measurable, transparent, and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

Measurement Strategy

· Assist in building measurement frameworks that map campaign objectives to KPIs.

· Support baseline development using historical data and ensure compliance with governance protocols.

· Contribute to updates of measurement strategies aligned with media plans.

Content Intelligence & Insights

· Deliver recurring insights and assist in optimization recommendations.

· Support Quarterly Business Reviews with reporting and analysis.

· Contribute to recap deliverables for prioritized campaigns and key moments.

Advanced Analytics

· Assist in analyses aligned to the Learning Agenda (e.g., forecasting, correlation studies, sentiment analysis).

· Support the development of descriptive and inferential statistical models.

· Contribute to machine learning projects focused on personalization and lead scoring.

Learning Program

· Help design and scale testing frameworks (A/B/M/V) aligned to the Learning Agenda.

· Assist in documenting best practices and maintaining the Learning Library dashboard.

Data & Dashboards

· Support the integration of campaign, programmatic, partner, and brand study data into unified datasets.

· Assist in QA processes and anomaly detection.

· Contribute to the design and maintenance of dashboards for campaign and programmatic performance.

Tagging, Trafficking & Taxonomy

· Implement and validate tracking tags/codes across digital platforms.

· Support Creative ID (CID) management and QA processes.

· Assist in consulting on tagging and trafficking requirements to ensure measurement consistency.

Collaboration

· Work closely with senior analysts to align measurement, insights, and optimization priorities.

· Occasionally support analytics content for proposals and pitch materials.

· Communicate project progress clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

· B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, etc.); M.S. preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in analytics or marketing science, ideally within media or B2B contexts.

· Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other statistical programming languages.

· Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

· Familiarity with ETL techniques and automated reporting pipelines.

· Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Domo).

· Exposure to testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.).

· Reporting or analytics experience with at least 2 media platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360).

· Understanding of SEM, CRM, account-based marketing, and their integration within broader media strategies.

· Knowledge of market research principles and their application to media optimization.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a drive to keep learning and growing.
