Role Overview
As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst, With 3-5 years of experience you will co-lead the design and execution of measurement strategies, advanced analytics, and content intelligence programs that drive media performance in B2B environments. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into KPIs, build scalable frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that optimize campaigns across creation and progression. Your expertise in data science, reporting, and testing ensures that marketing investments are measurable, transparent, and continuously optimized.
Responsibilities
Measurement Strategy
· Build and maintain measurement frameworks mapping campaign objectives to KPIs.
· Assess current measurement approaches and recommend updates aligned with media plans.
· Establish baselines using historical data and ensure governance protocols are documented.
· Share updated frameworks with stakeholders to inform insights, learnings, and optimizations.
Content Intelligence & Insights
· Deliver regular insights and optimization recommendations (monthly cadence).
· Support Quarterly Business Reviews with reporting and analysis.
· Provide creative and media optimization recommendations.
· Develop recap deliverables for prioritized campaigns and key moments.
Advanced Analytics
· Conduct analyses aligned to the Learning Agenda (e.g., forecasting, correlation studies, brand sentiment, ad fatigue).
· Build descriptive and inferential statistical models to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
· Develop machine learning models for personalization, lead scoring, and progression analysis.
Learning Program
· Design and scale a structured Learning Agenda across media activities.
· Build testing frameworks (A/B/M/V) and deliver test readouts.
· Document best practices and maintain a centralized Learning Library dashboard.
Data & Dashboards
· Build and manage unified data foundations integrating campaign, programmatic, partner, and brand study data.
· Establish anomaly detection mechanisms and QA processes.
· Design and maintain dashboards (campaign performance, programmatic/social, partner data, brand studies).
· Ensure taxonomy alignment across data sources and reporting views.
Tagging, Trafficking & Taxonomy
· Consult on tagging, trafficking, and UTM requirements to ensure measurement consistency.
· Generate and manage Creative IDs (CID) database.
· Support QA processes and flag trafficking issues based on anomaly detection.
Collaboration & Leadership
· Provide direction to associate analysts and analysts.
· Contribute analytics content for proposals, pitches, and thought leadership initiatives.
· Partner with stakeholders to align measurement, insights, and optimization priorities.
Qualifications
· B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, etc.); M.S. preferred.
· 3–5 years of experience leading analytics deliverables in media marketing science, ideally within B2B contexts.
· Expertise in analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experince Platform, Google Analytics, enterprise analytics tools, tag management systems).
· Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or other statistical programming languages.
· Experience with ETL/data integration, automated reporting pipelines, and anomaly detection.
· Skilled in data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI).
· Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to media performance and personalization.
· Experience analyzing B2B digital channels (paid search, display, CRM-driven campaigns, ABM ( Account based marketing) platforms.
· Understanding of SEM, CRM, and account-based marketing integration within broader media strategies.
· Knowledge of market research techniques and their application to media optimization.
