The Trailhead program is the start of your epic journey at Critical Mass. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the successful development of interactive web-based solutions, working with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure solutions are delivered on time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters. They will assist in the development of plans, schedules and control of all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships.
You Will:
- Assist in development, maintenance and execution of project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s)
- Contribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions
- Assist in establishing clear project parameters supporting the success of all internal and client team members
- Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Critical Mass’ business philosophies, protocols and standards
- Assist in creating and maintaining a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
- Assist in forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets, purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in acquiring appropriate resources to meet project needs
- Assist in planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating and communicating project risk
You Have:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize tasks in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface across multiple disciplines and flag risks or blockers early.
- Comfortability using and experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) for daily tasks such as summarizing content, drafting communications, automating research, or analyzing data, and can articulate how AI tools enhance productivity and output quality.
- A strong sense of ownership and initiative; consistently raises their hand to take on more responsibility and proactively drive work forward without waiting for direction.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change; and you thrive in evolving environments with shifting priorities and fast turnaround times.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortability calling out risks, asking thoughtful questions, and pushing for clarity or alignment when needed.
- A curious and growth mindset, open to learning from other disciplines, tools, and ways of working.
- Experience or exposure to using scheduling or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, Outlook) and comfortable learning new platforms as needed.
- A teachable, coachable can-do attitude, and open to feedback; and you thrives in collaborative team environments.
