Senior Project Manager

in San Jose.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Project Manager with 5+ years of experience successfully managing a wide range of digital initiatives—including website builds, e-commerce solutions, marketing campaigns, microsites, and ongoing maintenance programs. This role will support a major automotive client, focusing on site maintenance, enhancements, and technical delivery in collaboration with Front-End and Back-End Component Management (CM) developers, QA, content authors, designers, copywriters, and MKS teams.

You will

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale digital projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, resourcing, pipeline planning, and budget tracking.
  • Actively lead resource management across disciplines—balancing priorities, timelines, and team casting.
  • Serve as a client-facing lead when needed, working alongside account support while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of PMI process groups, Agile development, and risk management to manage workflows and mitigate delivery challenges.
  • Support and enhance internal project processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including senior-level clients and internal team members.
  • Provide leadership on the MINI workstream, where technical project experience using Jira, Confluence, and MKS is critical.

 

You have

  • 5+ years of digital project management experience.
  • Proven track record managing large programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Mastery of project management tools and methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Risk Management).
  • Strong experience with project financials, team resourcing, and road mapping.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving technical teams and CMS platforms.
  • Experience with collaboration and tracking tools: Jira, Confluence, Box.
  • Expertise in office productivity tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma certification highly desired.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with MKS and automotive digital ecosystems is a strong plus.
